AHA #123 for Equity Pledge to Act Campaign

In 2015, the American Hospital Association (AHA) launched its national call to action to eliminate health care disparities with the goal “to ensure that quality and equitable health care is delivered to all persons.” Are you familiar with this campaign? (I’m not sure how well it has been promoted over the last 6 years.) Has your organization signed the pledge? Below I’ve provided a screenshot of the #123forEquity Pledge. That image is followed by a graph that shows data related to how many hospitals and health systems have taken the pledge. This is a very small but symbolic step for hospitals to take as an expression of their commitment to eliminate health disparities within the communities they serve. Please feel free to share this with your colleagues. We have a lot of work to do in this area! To learn more go to https://ifdhe.aha.org/123forequity.
