Connect with Contact Experience Leaders in Healthcare

The Contact Experience Conference (Online Event). August 27 & 28, 2020.

If you work in call centers, contact centers, virtual care, or customer service within a healthcare organization, this online event is potentially for you. Greystone.Net, in conjunction with the Healthcare Call Center Times, is holding the Contact Experience Conference online event designed for healthcare leaders with roles in call centers, contact centers, virtual care, and customer service to learn and share best practices through forward-thinking sessions and networking opportunities.

The Contact Experience Conference has a terrific line-up of speakers including Brian Gesh, the President of Loyal, an AI-driven healthcare technology company that partners with the nation’s leading health systems to provide solutions that promote patient loyalty through a smarter digital patient experience. Some of you may know Brian from his time at Cleveland Clinic. Brian will be talking about how digital front door technologies like chatbots are changing the way patients access care. Also presenting will be Aaron Johnson, Penn Medicine’s Senior Director of Digital Strategy. Aaron oversees content strategy and development for Penn Medicine’s websites, social media and CRM campaigns, and helps lead Penn’s marketing contact center. Among other things, Aaron will share the story of how Penn Medicine’s Marketing Contact Center rapidly responded to the COVID-19 pandemic.
