Article: Consumers’ Fear of Visiting Healthcare Facilities

In June 2020, I contributed an article to Strategic Health Care Marketing titled “The Marketer’s Imperative: Addressing Fear of Returning to Medical Facilities.” Yesterday, the publication sent me a link to the full article which I am free to share with others in the industry. Please see the link below and enjoy the article. My thanks to the folks at Plain-English Health Care (Matt and Jane) for providing open access to this article.

  1. While it may be scary for some people to visit the hospital during the pandemic, I would personally think that it is a boon in developing countries where the hospitals tend to be over-packed during weekdays.

That would force people to only travel to the hospital out of necessity, rather than running to the hospital for small/unimportant cuts and bruises.
