Covid-19 Pandemic post-pandemic marketing Post-Pandemic Plan Webinars

Upcoming Webinar: Overcoming Consumers’ Fears of Returning to Medical Facilities

Here’s information about an upcoming webinar from the New England Society for Healthcare Communications (NESHCo). This will be an engaging panel discussion, not another PowerPoint presentation! Join Us Thursday, May 21, 2020, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM EDT

Subject: Overcoming Consumers’ Fears of Returning to Medical Facilities

The panelist will speak to the obvious need to address consumers’ fears of returning to hospitals and medical facilities due to COVID-19. Messaging around this issue is going to be incredibly important for hospitals, health systems, and medical practices as we emerge from this crisis. How do we use marketing communications to help consumers feel comfortable returning to our facilities?

The need is twofold:

  • To make sure people who have emergent medical issues seek treatment; and
  • To drive much-needed revenue to our healthcare organizations that are facing dire financial challenges as a result of the pandemic.

Panelists include:

Jeff Steblea (moderator), Director of Sales, Eruptr; NESCHo Board Member

John Palmer, Strategic Analyst for Market Insights, NRC Health

Keith Fontaine, Vice President, Marketing and Branding, Hartford HealthCare; Evans F. Houghton Award Winner

Dan Dunlop, Principal, Jennings Healthcare Marketing; NESHCo President; SHSMD Digital Engagement Task Force Member
