The 2019 HITMC Conference starts this Wednesday (April 17th) in Boston and my team couldn’t be more excited. For those of you not familiar with HITMC, it is the annual Healthcare IT Marketing and PR Conference. Not only are we once again a silver sponsor of the event, but Kate Gillmer and I will be presenting on Thursday (10:45am), sharing what we’ve learned about marketing population health initiatives. Then I will be leading a panel discussion on Friday (10:10am) on the increasing importance of advocacy marketing in healthcare.

But what I really love about #HITMC is the community. When you attend the conference the feeling of community is palpable. For me, the conference is an opportunity to reconnect with friends and colleagues who share values similar to my own. I can guarantee a lot of #pinksocks activity. I’ve got my stash of #pinksocks packed and ready to go.
