Last week, while attending the annual conference of the Carolinas Healthcare Public Relations and Marketing Society (CHPRMS), I sat in on a keynote presentation by Dr. Julie Oehlert of Vidant Health. Julie’s message was powerful: how our employees experience each other (and the workplace) is how our patients experience us. So, let’s infuse more love, kindness, and compassion into the way we interact with our employees! It will have a direct impact on patient experience. This was a fabulous presentation.
