My friends Chris Boyer and Reed Smith have a digital marketing podcast that I thoroughly enjoy. The podcast is called touch•point and it focuses on digital marketing and patient engagement for those of us who work in hospitals and health systems.
Chris and Reed know their stuff and have a fun and engaging way of sharing information. When I listen to the podcast, I feel like I’m sitting there with them as they crack the occasional joke and take friendly shots at one another. Most importantly, I always leave the podcast having learned something and with the desire to dig deeper into the topics they’ve explored.
