Here are the Twitter analytics from symplur for the SHSMD 2013 conference to date (as of 5pm central time). The numbers are fairly impressive: nearly 5 million total impressions. Of course, it is worth noting that one person, Chris Boyer (@ChrisBoyer) represented nearly 1.2 million total impressions on his own. That’s nearly one fourth of the total potential impressions for this event. Thanks Chris!
In all, there have been 419 distinct individuals Tweeting (#shsmd13) throughout the conference, so far. I know there’s more to come tomorrow. A total of 3,462 Tweets with an average of 49 Tweets per hour. Total potential impressions of 4,852,711. See screen shots below from symplur. Click on any image to enlarge. It was great to see so much Twitter activity. It adds another dimension of conversation, community and engagement to the conference.
