Infographic: The Many Hats of the Online Community Manager

My prediction is that many healthcare communicators will soon become managers of online communities – if you haven’t already. More of our resources within hospital marketing departments should be diverted to online community development and community management. I strongly believe that creating and nurturing communities of shared interest will be a huge part of the future of healthcare marketing. It should be a huge part of what we are doing today. To that end, below is an infographic that speaks to the role of the community manager. It is not healthcare specific, but it is certainly relevant.
