Last week I spoke at the New England Executive Women in Healthcare Conference. I was invited to speak by the Massachusetts Hospital Association, the group that manages the event. They wanted me to give a 90 minute presentation on how and why professionals should manage their online reputations. Below is the first thirty minutes of my presentation.
